Goblin Energy is a platform that promotes mental health awareness. By sharing their own stories, athletes are helping to normalize conversations about mental health. Goblin Energy encourages a supportive and open atmosphere that empowers open communication about our strengths, weaknesses, values, motivations, habits, and emotional triggers. By examining the backstories of our Goblin characters, we can playfully increase our self-awareness and continue on our journey of self-development.

Self development

At Goblin Energy, we understand that self-development begins with self-awareness. Once aware of our goblin energies, we can grow and self actualise our goals. We can reach out for community support where needed and are assisted on our self-development journey with evolving tools, games and techniques developed and provided by the Goblin Energy platform.
